Lindsay Schwab
Clinic Manager
First and foremost, I want to thank God for the opportunity to serve as the clinic’s manager. His timing and plan have led me to this position, and I am incredibly grateful. Before becoming a manager, I ran an esthetics business that I was truly passionate about. However, after having my child, I was involved in a car accident that resulted in severe back and neck injuries, preventing me from returning to my business.
After spending some time at home with my daughter, I realized how much I missed working and helping others. I longed to create meaningful connections and relationships once again. That’s when I was introduced to this new opportunity and invited to become the manager of the clinic. I truly believe this was God’s plan all along, and now, I am blessed to be able to show God’s love to all our patients.
When I'm not working, I try to keep up with my wild and sassy daughter, traveling (especially to AZ), watching reality tv shows (my guilty pleasure) and trying out new restaurants.
Joelle Vogltance, APRN
Clinic's Nurse Practitioner
Joelle joins Nebraska Slim, bringing 10 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner. Before joining our team, Joelle worked at the UNL Student Health Center specializing in the evaluation and team treatment of Eating Disorders. While at Nebraska Slim that is not our main focus, her understanding of the mental and physical struggles associated with weight loss is just one of the things that sets our clinic apart from others. Joelle admittedly struggled for 12 years with weight fluctuations and an eating disorder, making her extremely knowledgeable, but more importantly, empathetic to the daily impact that food and body image have on an individual. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her 3 children and significant other, as well as, traveling, reading, and doing anything outdoors. Joelle is excited to meet you and see how she can help you meet your weight loss goals.

Front Desk Receptionist
Hi! I'm Heaven, your receptionist! I was born and raised in California and moved to Nebraska about 9 years ago where I went on to graduate high school. With over 7 years in customer service, I find I have a passion for making personal connections. If I'm not working, you can find me trying different local food spots with friends or at home watching Netflix, cuddling with my animals. I look forward to answering your calls and seeing how we can help you transform your life!
